Tony Reid Tams unexpectedly left the lives of so many, on the morning of Monday, February 13, 2012 at the age of 53, after he suffered a heart attack. He has honorably returned home to the loving arms of both his Heavenly Father and earthly father. Tony was born June 24, 1958 in Ogden, Utah, the oldest son of Reid and Doreen Tams. He is survived by his siblings, Camille, Cynthia, Kathleen, Alan, Jennifer, Joseph, Matthew, and Amy. He served a faithful mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Fresno California and would continue to serve the Lord for the rest of his earthly life. He was sealed not only for time but eternity to Michelle Hawks, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on September 11, 1980. Together for the next 31 years he lived side by side with his beloved wife. He is survived by their four children, Christina (Chris) Hansen, Tori (Casey) Mickelsen, Candice (T.J) Sorensen, and Gabriel (Carlie) Tams. Tony leaves behind a legacy of love that will effect countless generations yet to be. Beginning with his 11 grandchildren, who lovingly referred to him as their "Wacko". He was smitten with each and every one of them, and in return gave them each their own nickname. He was and will continue to be a great influence in each of their lives. A quiet, kind, and loving man, Tony had a Christ like quality that shined through by his selfless actions and service he gave faithfully and willingly throughout the course of his life. A righteous man of God, he never expected anything in return. He was also an honest and hardworking businessman, trusted and respected by many. Special thanks to Clinton City rescue squad and Davis Hospital for their service.

Angel Moroni
How wonderful is the gospel!!
Today they are placing Angel Moroni on the new Brigham City Temple.
Lucky for me, I work about a block away and get to witness it all!
I dont think this little town has ever seen so many people. haha
It really is amazing to see so many people gathered together, sitting in the rain with umbrellas and blankets so they can also be a part of this special event.
I am grateful for this today, and for filling my heart with the spirit :)
